REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY

At Hayaa by Apurva, we take immense pride in delivering premium-quality perfumes with utmost care.
Every product is thoroughly checked and securely packed before dispatch.

Since perfumes are personal-use and hygiene-related products, we follow a strict no-refund and no-exchange policy — except in cases of verified transit damage or manufacturing defects.

1. No Refund or Exchange Policy

All sales made through our website are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been successfully placed and shipped, except as specified in this policy.

This is to ensure product safety, authenticity, and hygiene standards.

2. Eligibility for Replacement

A replacement will only be processed under the following conditions:

  • The product is physically damaged or leaking upon arrival.

  • The product received is incorrect or missing compared to your order.

  • The damage occurred during transit, prior to delivery to you.

The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear unboxing photos or videos as proof.

3. Replacement Procedure

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@hayaaperfumes.in with:

    • Your Order ID

    • Photos/videos showing the issue

    • A brief description of the problem

  2. Our internal quality team will investigate the issue within 2–3 working days.

  3. Once approved, we will dispatch a replacement at no extra cost.

If the claimed issue is not verifiable or proof is insufficient, the claim may be respectfully declined.

4. Conditions Not Covered

A replacement will not be provided if:

  • The perfume bottle or packaging was tampered with after delivery.

  • The customer dislikes the fragrance, strength, or bottle design.

  • The issue was reported after 24 hours of delivery.

  • The product was purchased during sale or clearance events.

  • The product was delivered successfully and later claimed as undelivered without courier proof.

 

5. Non-Returnable Products

Due to hygiene, safety, and authenticity concerns, all perfume and fragrance products are non-returnable once opened or used.
We cannot accept products back into inventory for resale after dispatch.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once the order has been shipped or a tracking number has been generated, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

To request a cancellation (before dispatch), please contact support@hayaaperfumes.in with your Order ID.

Refunds for cancelled orders (if prepaid and not shipped) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after confirmation.

7. Damaged Packaging Disclaimer

Outer packaging damage (e.g., minor dents, scratches, or courier tape) that does not affect the product inside will not be eligible for replacement.
We ensure the perfume bottle and its contents remain safe and unaffected.

8. Return Shipping (if applicable)

If a replacement is approved, our team will arrange the pickup or provide a prepaid return label for the damaged item.
Customers are requested to securely repack the product in its original box for safe return transit.

10. Jurisdiction

All disputes arising under this policy shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Yamuna Nagar, Haryana, India.
