Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours. Delivery time varies between 2–5 business days depending on the destination and courier partner.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the packaging has been opened or the product has been delivered in good condition.

Replacements are only considered in case of:

1) Damaged product received, or

2) Wrong product delivered

 

In such cases, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear images/video evidence. The claim will be reviewed internally, and a replacement will be issued only after verification. Refunds are not applicable under any circumstances.
