At Hayaa by Apurva, we aim to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition and within the committed timeframe. This Shipping Policy outlines our procedures, timelines, and conditions related to product delivery across India.
1. Service Coverage
We currently ship orders across India only through reputed courier partners.
International shipping is not available at the moment.
2. Dispatch Time
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours after successful payment confirmation.
Dispatch timelines may vary slightly during weekends, public holidays, or due to high order volumes.
Once dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS notification containing tracking details and the estimated delivery date.
3. Delivery Time
Delivery typically takes:

Actual delivery timelines depend on courier service availability and your delivery PIN code.
Delays due to unforeseen logistics or weather conditions are beyond our control but we’ll do our best to keep you informed.

Once your order is shipped, a tracking link or AWB number will be shared with you via email or WhatsApp.
You can use this to monitor real-time delivery status on our courier partner’s website.

5. Shipping Charges
Shipping is free for all prepaid orders above ₹999.
For orders below ₹999, a nominal delivery fee may be charged and will be displayed at checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, may include an additional service charge.
6. Order Confirmation & Address Accuracy
Customers are requested to verify their shipping address, contact number, and pin code carefully before confirming the order.
We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
Once an order is placed, any address change request can only be accepted before dispatch. Please reach out to us immediately if you need to modify your address.
7. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts.
If the order cannot be delivered due to customer unavailability, wrong address, or refusal, it will be marked as undelivered and returned to us.
Reshipment can be arranged upon payment of additional shipping charges.
8. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If you receive a parcel that appears damaged, opened, or tampered with, please do not accept it from the courier.
